Durning the WU and CD, i had a hard time keeping up with Jeff and Paige because of my sore/tight leg. I had a hard time pushing my legs hard because of the slippery ground and the cold air which made it hard to breath. the first set wasn't as good as the others as i was too focused on going fast and not slipping/falling.

Great run with Paige. My legs were stiff at the beginning of the run but loosened up throughout the run. Paige was very entertained when I slipped and fell crossing Oliver at the end of the run. I got a bloody knee and she laughed. I forgive her though because I would have done the same thing if she was the one who fell.

It was a hard workout tonight. I got in deep in the first set of Brazilians. I had a hard time keeping calm but I kept pushing despite my panic. I look forward to future Brazilians so that I can work on keeping calm while I am in pain.

Good workout today. I started out pushing hard in the running A's, so by the end of the first set I was in deep. I need to work on focusing better on leg swings and stretching.

Cold but fun run with Paige. We ran outside in shorts! The snow and the wind made it difficult at times to run at a good pace but we kept the effort the same. My leg were tight but they didn't hurt or affect my running at all.

The workout went well. I made sure that I was focused on keeping my breathing just in control. When I saw Jeff, I started to try to get closer to him. When my focus shifted to trying to catch Jeff, my breathing calmed down even though I was pushing harder.
