good race. As expected my legs were still sore from the race the day before. I pushed hard but I felt like I could have run harder. It was a good experience seeing what it was like to race two days in a row.

Great race! I started the run thinking that I would stay with the girl in front of me for the first km and after that I might try pushing harder. Each lap it got harder and harder to keep up with the girl in front of me. I kept focusing on just sticking with her at that moment. With 400m to go I tried to take the lead. I was able to pull ahead for 300m. The other girl passed me again in the last 50m. I finished completely exhausted. The race was super hard but I was happy that I was able to push my limit and push past the pain.

Nice run/active WU. Because we didn't have a tempo run before Active WU like we usually do, I had a lot more energy to put into Active. After the 200m my legs felt like they needed a bit of a CD after running hard so I did a quick 4min barefoot run on the turf.

Good workout today. I made sure that I pushed hard on the drills. the first few running a's weren't to hard but once I got to the 75sec, I made sure that I got in deep. I need to work on pushing a bit harder on the first part of the running a's.
