Good workout today. I pushed hard during the water drills so that by the time I got to the running a's my legs were very tired. For the first few running a's I didn't push as hard as I should have but by the end I was pushing hard. When I heard that we had to do another 15s hard, I was already very exhausted and wasn't happy at that moment. I like when there is an unexpected addition to the workout. It shows me that I can push more and gets more out of me.
