Good workout. I was a bit too slow on the first 1500m. The second 1500m I pushed hard and was exhausted but I felt like I could have pushed a bit harder. I need to think of Saturday workouts more as a race. Nice long roll after the workout.

Good workout. Got a new PB for tempo loop. Didn't get in deep until the last set. My glut was sore during the accels and the last two 200m.

It was a nice run with Paige and Maxie. Legs felt good. Because I had to do an online quiz when I got back to my room I only had time to do push and sit. I was able to do 50 push ups in a row!
