Nice workout. It was good to get back into running a bit faster. I found it a bit difficult to focus on keeping my breathing just in control.

Interesting day. This morning while I was at work I almost fainted because of the heat on the pool deck and bonking my elbow. My supervisor called EMS because I over heated and had a low pulse. EMS said there was nothing usual so I ended up just being sent home. later in the day when I felt better, I did a run because my family is too busy packing to get me to the Y to deep water run.

Good swim, kick and drills. My glute and arms were a bit tired from weights the day before. The workout was hard but when I started to get in deep I didn't push harder. I need to make sure my focus is on pushing as hard as I can even when my legs are tired and I have other things I want to do.

Good strength. I tried several times to bench press 35lbs for the last set but I was unable to lift it up.

Great run. Tabi biked with me as I ran on the grass beside the road. About half way it started to rain. By the end of the run we were soaked. I love running in the rain!

Good workout. I started getting in deep by the second 30 seconds. During the seconds and a bit of the third set I got a bit distracted with returning to Thunder Bay.
