For the first set, I went out fast and relaxed. The second two km it started to get hard. Throughout it I was focused on passing all the girls. Near the end of that rep only Hailee was ahead of me and even though it was hard I pushed to catch up and pass her. The last rep was a bit difficult to push in the hard. I started ahead of the group so I only had myself to push me. Although I kept pushing, my mind became unfocused at a few points. Finished off the last rep imagining that I was at the end of a race. Finished tired but recovered from the tired quickly. Need to work on pushing myself when there is no one else around. My glute was a bit tired at the beginning but my lower legs were fine during the workout. Ankles were a bit tired in the afternoon.

Good workout with Hailee, Paige, and Kayla. Legs were a bit tired on the elliptical.

Good run and stretches. Running helped to re-energize me a bit. Enjoyed running on the hospital trails.

Good workout with Hailee. Started the first two minute hard. By the end of the seventh two minute I started to struggle. For the last two reps, I imagined that I was racing and that helped me to keep pushing in the hard. Enjoyed the workout!

Good workout. Hailee challenged me in the swim today. Started to get hard by the second 60. When it got hard I smiled/relaxed and pushed. There were a few times where I struggled to push in the hard. Leg was only a bit tight during strides.

Monday Nov 12, 2018 #

Good workout. The trails were a bit snowy so it made going fast difficult, but I got the effort in. Throughout the run i focused on keeping with Kip and enjoying the run. By focusing on enjoying the run, I was able to stay relaxed and increase the effort. Even though the second half was harder, it didn't seem as hard because I was focused on being smooth. Legs felt good today. Ankles were a bit tired from the snow.

Nice elliptical. Enjoyed studying anatomy on the elliptical. I had to rush to church after the elliptical so I did hip mobility and strength after church. The top of my left foot was a bit annoying walking today.
