Enjoyed running part of it with Beeman. My glute was stiff throughout the run but it was a bit less stiff by the end.

5min wu, 5,4,3,2,1 hard with 1min easy, 15min CD
Hip mobility, push and sit (53 push), stretches, glute stretch, roll, ice bath

Good workout. Pushed hard and increased the effort throughout. Although it was hard, I could have gone a bit harder. I didn't get to the point where I had to focus to keep calm.

My left hip was sore throughout the run. Strength was really hard today. Was a bit stressed out today because of school.

Nice run with the girls. Ran with most of it with all the girls and then ran with Kayla once we got to golf links. My hip/glute was stiff throughout the run and it was a bit worse when we picked up the pace. Doing the Vs in strength X irritated the hip a bit.

Good workout. Fought myself a bit during the drills and the first interval. After the first interval, I remembered that I am not the only one struggling and that I need to keep pushing because everyone else is. when I realized this, I Started to enjoy the hard a bit more and stopped fighting myself. Got in deep by the 75s. Focusing on moving my arms back made it harder. Good stretches afterwards.

Nice elliptical. My glute was really tight all day and throughout the workout. Calf was mostly fine today.

Nice deep water run in the pool. Legs felt good in the pool. My calf was a bit sore walking at times.
