Good run. I enjoyed running with all the girls. My glute was a bit stiff.

Good elliptical. The last set got really hard but I reminded myself that this would make me better and kept pushing. Glute was a bit stiff but didn't notice it during the hard.

Good run. Enjoyed running with Haylee and Paige. My glute was just a bit stiff. For the K drill I need to make sure I bring my feet over the knee. Strength was really hard today.

Good workout. Ran with the girls until belrose and then i picked up the pace. I caught up with the guys at the expressway and then they passed me halfway down golf links. After the lights at Oliver, I passed them again. My glute was stiff/tired throughout the run. Because they were tired, I felt like I was doing a lot more work than I normally would at that pace.

Good workout. pushed hard from the beginning. There were several times where I was tempted to panic or not push into the hard but I reminded myself that this is what I need to work on. Glute was a bit stiff during strides.

Good workout. Legs felt a bit stiff during the recovery and the last tempo. During the tempo I made sure to keep relaxed and efficient while keeping the breathing just in control. Enjoyed running with the bucks and beeman during cd.
