Good workout. During the tempo I focused on my breathing which helped me not to focus on my tired legs and how hard it was. The 2km was harder than expected and I had to make sure to increase the effort each lap. We went a little fast on the 200m. We could have increased the pace on the recovery to make 200m harder and stay on pace. When it got hard during the 200m i focused on competing with Dylan. During the last tempo loop my focus switched between pushing and thinking that I shouldn't push harder because I was already going hard. Still need to continue to work on pushing into the hard and embracing it.
