Good run through the hospital trails. Meet Paige while I was running through the trails and ran with her a bit. Calfs were a bit tight and heavy.

Good workout. was a bit slow on the swim. At first I had a bit of difficulty focusing on pushing and keeping track of the time. During the second set I was able to focus on pushing hard. The last three reps in the last set I went all out. Calfs werr really tight during strides and were a bit sore during the step ups.

Good workout. Stayed focused on the tempo. I had a hard time staying calm and accepting the hard during the km loops. Need to keep working on just accepting the hard in the longer stuff. The 3,2,1 was good. The first 300 was a bit of a shock but after that I just went for it.

Good workout. During the tempo I focused on my breathing which helped me not to focus on my tired legs and how hard it was. The 2km was harder than expected and I had to make sure to increase the effort each lap. We went a little fast on the 200m. We could have increased the pace on the recovery to make 200m harder and stay on pace. When it got hard during the 200m i focused on competing with Dylan. During the last tempo loop my focus switched between pushing and thinking that I shouldn't push harder because I was already going hard. Still need to continue to work on pushing into the hard and embracing it.

Good workout. Started feeling strong but after the third surge I started to get in deep. Tried to stay with Dylan but legs were super tired and wouldn't move. I got a little distracted with how my legs were tired but then during the fifth steady I refocused on pushing with what I had. My glute, hamstrings and calves were all super tired today.
