Good workout. competed with Dylan for both of the hard loops. for the first hard loop I pushed in the middle and Dylan pushed me at the end. For the second hard loop I pulled ahead in the middle and pushed to stay ahead of him. Nice chats on CD.

Good workout. Competed against Kip in the swim and won. drills were good. pushed hard from the beginning of the intervals and focused on one at a time. Exhausted by the end. need to remember to kick my but during the drills.

Good workout. During the fourth steady my mind started to shift to think about the hard and how much I had left, but I turned my focus to continuing to push. My glute was a bit tired during CD.

Great run with Paige! We ran from our campsite to some trails. Because we were enjoying exploring the trails, we had a hard time turning around to run back to our site. We ran over some nice hills!
