Good workout. Stuck with Colin and Noah for the first medium. For the hard I worked to loose Noah and to keep Colin in sight. It was a bit hard to go right into the second medium but I kept in the hard. My glute was tired and heavy to move for the second medium.

Because of the golf tournament, I got to Kamview just before 6pm and didn't get as much time to wu. Started out a bit slower then I could have and then increased throughout the race. the second loop of the race I saw the Bucks in front of me and worked to catch them. I passed both of them but Noah out kicked me at the end. I didn't finish as exhausted as last time so I should have gone a bit harder earlier.

Tiring workout today both physically and mentally. Stayed with the group for the first steady and was dropped in the surge. I had a hard time not fighting myself. I tried to remind myself of why I am doing it but I still struggled with accepting the hard. my glute was tired/heavy throughout the hard.
