Good workout. Stuck with Ben and Noah for the first 1/2 loop and then used them to help me push after that. Throughout the workout I was mostly focused on competing with the bucks and staying as close to them as possible. Good effort in.

Good elliptical and bike. Only did one set of drills because the foot was a bit off doing them. Foot was fine during the elliptical and bike.

Good workout in terms of effort. We took the medium loop a little too fast and ended up being slower on the second loop. For the first loop I was a bit reluctant to push and embrace the hard but I told myself just to stay with the bucks. Right after the hill on the second loop I got overwhelmed with the hard and Noah pulled ahead. I calmed down and then refocused on pushing.

Good elliptical and deep water run. Did the DWR with Maria. foot was a bit off at the beginning of both. I tried doing drills but my foot was a bit sore doing them. Good recovery afterwards. I did about 50min of stretching and rolling.

Good workout. Stuck with the guys for the first two hard minutes and then fell off. Although I increased the effort the hard minutes didn't feel too much faster than my easy ones. Glutes where heavy near the end. Foot was only a bit off.

Nice Bike ride and run. I biked around boulevard and then into Centennial a bit. I enjoyed running with the team. There were a few times that my foot was a bit off but for the most part it was fine.
