Good workout. I stuck with the Bucks for the first 2.5 loops. Kept pushing throughout. Worked on staying with them as long as I could for the rest of the workout. The last loop I was gaining on Ben. My hip was a bit off during cd.

Rough workout. Stuck with Ben and Jet for the first medium. Physically I could have gone harder but emotionally I had a hard time.

Good pool workout. had some difficulty focusing on the drills. pushed hard on the intervals. my hip was still a bit off which made the beginning of each interval difficult to get into. need to do some more stretches to loosen up the hip.

Good workout! My hip was still tired throughout the run but I didn't let it become an excuse. Focused on staying with Ben and Jet for the first tempo and then focused on staying with Jet. Pushed to stay with Jet put he pulled ahead half way through the 3rd tempo.

Nice run with Maxie, Paige and Parker from Centennial. Legs were still tired from the workout yesterday so I had to put in a bit more effort to stay with them. Hip was a bit tired.
