Good workout. The above tempo was faster than it has been but it was probably a combination of the fast we didn't run as far as we did last week on wu and Noah and I pushing each other. The km looo was a bit icey and I slipped and fell on the first km. I used Noah and the people around me to move faster. Several times throughout the kms I reminded myself to be light and fast and was able to move a bit faster. At the beginning of the fast kms, I was a bit scared of the hard but once I got into it I reminded myself to move fast. I should work on accepting that it will be hard and not worry about it.

Good workout. started with Ben and Jet then pulled ahead. Even though my legs got tired, I focused on going fast and relaxed so that I could increase my tempo speed. There were several times my focus wandered but then I refocused myself.
