figure 8 loop at race effort (14:23), 4min recovery, figure 8 loop all out (14:27)
16min cd, hip mobility, push and plank, stretches, roll, ice

Good workout. got a little panicked at few points but didn't let that bother me and focused back on moving fast. finished more exhausted than any other practice so far this year. knee was only a bit off for the first minute of wu. glute was a bit sore at the beginning of cd.

Good deep water run with Paige. Did a lot of stretching and rolling this morning and after the dwr. Knee is just a bit off when I did a lap around the track to see how it was.

Nice morning run. Even though I had 10hours of sleep last night, I was tired during the shakeout. left quad was a bit off so I did some extra stretching.
