Enjoyed cheering the team on and talking with Shaelynn. Leg was did not hurt too much when I ran but my stride was still off.

Good elliptical! My leg was a bit sore starting the elliptical but it felt better by the end. Legs felt better after the elliptcal than they have been in the last few days.
