The tempo and 300ms went well. Worked to move fast and efficently on the tempo. For the 300m, I focused on moving fast and trying to be faster than the one before. For the 600m, I was mainly focused on just getting through the 600m and how hard it should be. Next time I need to focus on competing, running fast and trusting that I can run fast when it is hard. Need to also work accepting the hard and going for it in the longer intervals.

Good workout. Challenged myself in the progression and Brazilians. I really had to work on staying calm throughout the workout today. For the 300 and 200, I had a hard time keepig calm. Need to work on not being distracted with tiredness and leg soreness near the end of a hard workout. Hamstrings were tight.

Good workout. The warm up was a bit quick. For the first two sets, I focused on moving fast to catch up to Jet. Once I passed him, it was a bit more difficult to stay focused on continually challenging myself. When it started to get hard, I focused on being light and moving my legs faster.
