The tempo and 300ms went well. Worked to move fast and efficently on the tempo. For the 300m, I focused on moving fast and trying to be faster than the one before. For the 600m, I was mainly focused on just getting through the 600m and how hard it should be. Next time I need to focus on competing, running fast and trusting that I can run fast when it is hard. Need to also work accepting the hard and going for it in the longer intervals.
