Stayed behind the two leaders for most of it. At 400m left i tried to make a move and passed one of the girls. In the last 200m two other girls passed me. Felt like I could have made a move at 600m but was a bit scard.

The meet was a bit behind schedule so my WU was a bit longer. Went out relaxed and with the group. after the first 800m, I felt like we were going too slow so I took the lead. Ran in the lead until 1km to go. stayed with the girl who passed me for about 200m and then she pulled ahead. two other girls past me at 400m left and 100m left. I got a little panicky in the last 100m but then calmed down and went for it.
I think I could have pushed a bit harder during the first 2km. I found it a bit difficult pushing myself while I was in the lead. Need to work on running fast into an uncomfortable zone even when I have no one else to push me. Also, need to work on, going fast at the end of a race.

Good workout. Progression went well. My legs were feeling a bit tired during the easy. I Could have been a bit more relaxed during the medium. the first 800m was hard because I really need to use the washroom. For the rest of that set I was able to do a better job at ignoring the discomfort and going for it. definitely got to work on staying and pushing into the hard today.

Good pool workout. Competed during the swim. Went fast and pushed into the hard during the intervals. During the last 10sec of the last half of the intervals, my legs felt like they could not move any fast but I continued to relax and move my legs fast.

Good workout. Stuck with Ben for the first set and then pulled ahead halfway through the second set. When my legs started to get tired, I focused on moving my legs fast and pretending I was racing.
