Good workout. Enjoyed talking with Jett during wu and cd. Worked to stay smooth and fast during the tempo loops. For the 1km and 500, 300, 200, I worked to move fast one lap at a time. Could have been a bit more focused on moving fast for the first 500m. Legs felt dead at the end of the last 300m and 200m. During active and after cd, my stomach was a bit upset but it didn't bother me during any of the intervals.

I felt a bit reluctant to get into the hard before the workout but once I started active and the intervals I was able to focus on them. For the 800m I focused on hitting the splits each lap. If it was a little fast or slow I kept focused on continuing to move fast. Could have worked to move my legs faster during the middle laps.

Nice run with the girls this morning. Achilles was a bit off during the run but not sore. It didn't bother me during the strides at all.

Good pool workout. Was a bit tired before the workout but was able to focus on going fast and putting a good effort into it. When it got hard, I made sure to keep moving fast. Nice deep water run with Shealynn.

Good workout. Worked to move flowy and fast throughout. From the second last set onwards my glute felt heavy and tired.

During the run my achilles was sore. Felt like someone was squeezing it. It felt fine during the dwr and the elliptical. Fun doing strength x with Beeman and Katherine.
