Not my best Monday run, I did not run as hard as I could have on the first 5 minute interval, I misjudged how strong I was. I was feeling pretty bad about that so I pushed myself very hard on the last intervals. I noticed a change in my stride and form today that I hope continues. And I will work to continue it.
