5min/4min/3min/2min/1min hard with 2 min recovery after the 5 and 4min and 1min after 3,2,1
15 min cooldown

Not my best Monday run, I did not run as hard as I could have on the first 5 minute interval, I misjudged how strong I was. I was feeling pretty bad about that so I pushed myself very hard on the last intervals. I noticed a change in my stride and form today that I hope continues. And I will work to continue it.
