Great effort today! I got in very deep. My goal today was to push myself to my limit and I succeeded. My secondary goal was, as always, to beat Noah. And I succeeded at thst as well!!

I am very happy about this workout, as for the last week my workouts were feeling off and I was starting to question if I was improving at all. It is good to have some confirmation of improvement.

Heather and I were racing on the final lap. This was the loudest run I have ever been on! We were both moaning and grunting so loud.

I had an awful run today. I was slow, exhausted, and had awful form. I hope I am just getting sick, and not moving backwards in my training.

I was feeling good about this run. I started the run at a great pace! I carried the pace throughout the first part of the run. We took a wrong turn and ended up running the wrong trail. I finished this loop strong but still felt like I had some more in me. The group decided to run the actual race after this. This second part of the race was terrible. My pace slowed drastically, my stomach started rolling and I threw up a couple times. Overall I am confused on the effort of this run, on one hand it was mentally difficult, but on the other hand I didn't run fast and my breathing was in decent control.

Good effort today, great form. Form started to slip on hills.
Ran with the team for the first half of the run but fell behind when I took a wrong turn. Ran the rest of the run with Dylan.
