Strong workout, only issue I have witht his workout was losing my form in the middle of the second set. I regained control but I lost it again on the very last hill.

45 minutes swimming and deep water running

I told myself I wouldn't leave until I had swam 4 lengths in a row. I surprised myself and swam 8 lengths in a row!!! I am super excited and happy about this improvement. I could really use some goggles, it felt like I burnt off my retinas when I got out of the pool. I did 6 minutes of deep water running with my hands behind my head.

Good workout. I felt very smooth in the running. And very quick in the drills. Medicine ball strength was easier today. Tomorrow I will move up one more weight in the medicine ball activities to see if I can do it while keeping good form.

I woke up with a lot of energy today! I have been focusing on getting more sleep and eating more and I am feeling great! I inhaled some water while I was swimming and had to take a small break. Other than that it was a straight swim. Sam led the interval training and did a great job!

Not my best Monday run, I did not run as hard as I could have on the first 5 minute interval, I misjudged how strong I was. I was feeling pretty bad about that so I pushed myself very hard on the last intervals. I noticed a change in my stride and form today that I hope continues. And I will work to continue it.

80 minute long run

I am starting to enjoy these long runs! I talked to louis for the first quarter of the run, but I lost him for about a half of it, then somehow I caught up to him and continued our run together. It was another beautiful day at centennial park.
