Alright workout, the first set was the worst set. I was running to the top of the final hill and started to cough and couldn't stop coughing. It took me right to the ground and I was gasping for air. The second set was a bit better and I pushed Rebekkah at the very top of the final hill. The last set was better.

First brazillian! Such a beautiful workout, what I like about this workout is that there is no thinking involved, just pushing. I am happy with this workout.

Arguably the best pool workout yet. I swam the entire time without stopping, crushed intervals Hr 29, and forced myself to deep water run with hands out of the water. The deep water running was definitely the most impressive of these, I was in a lot of pain and working my ass off to not sink, my breathing was a little bit ridiculous and I got some weird looks from the team, but I definitely got what I wanted out of it.

We lost to the wrestlers 3-1

I was very happy with the tempo today. I shut my eyes and just focused on moving my legs and I found I could move a bit faster. Warmup was really fast and it almost felt like another tempo.

Good long run, it felt a lot shorter than it usually does. Very slippery trails but I didn't fall thankfully.
