Saturday Jan 27 #

X country (saturday) 1:10:00 [3]

30min progression run (10min easy, medium, hard)
Full Active
3 x (4 x 200m tag team) with 4min between sets with heather
20min CD
push and sit

Excellent workout, succesfully pushed myself to a wednesday effort on the progression run. I pushed myself very hard in the 200m sprints. They felt very fast each time, and I felt the effort increase throughout the workout. The only issue with this workout was the last leg of the last lap I shyed away from pushing myself because my hip flexor was starting to give away, then noah attempted to pass me and I refused to allow that so I gave a little turbo in the end.

Hip flexor was giving out in cooldown.

Sunday Jan 21 #

X country (long run) 1:30:00 [3]

Great long run. Varying intensity levels, at times it felt like I was going to collapse, and other times my breathing was under control and I was moving at a strong pace.
