Excellent workout, succesfully pushed myself to a wednesday effort on the progression run. I pushed myself very hard in the 200m sprints. They felt very fast each time, and I felt the effort increase throughout the workout. The only issue with this workout was the last leg of the last lap I shyed away from pushing myself because my hip flexor was starting to give away, then noah attempted to pass me and I refused to allow that so I gave a little turbo in the end.

Hip flexor was giving out in cooldown.

Good running! the 200s felt very fast but I hit the 39s times for most of them.

Okay workout. I lost control of my breathing during the swimming and had to gasp for air a few times.other than that it was a strong workout

Great run. I felt very tall and strong, my form was great. Turnover was fast and my cadence and breathing was exactly where I wanted it to be.

Great long run. Varying intensity levels, at times it felt like I was going to collapse, and other times my breathing was under control and I was moving at a strong pace.
