Excellent workout, succesfully pushed myself to a wednesday effort on the progression run. I pushed myself very hard in the 200m sprints. They felt very fast each time, and I felt the effort increase throughout the workout. The only issue with this workout was the last leg of the last lap I shyed away from pushing myself because my hip flexor was starting to give away, then noah attempted to pass me and I refused to allow that so I gave a little turbo in the end.
Hip flexor was giving out in cooldown.
