3x(15,30,45,60,45,30,15 with 15sec between each) 45sec between each set
11min deep water run
Hip mobility, drills, weights 2x10 everything
The ankle was feelling alot worse today. Had to give it some time to rest. iced it off and on all day trying to get it better. The ice is definitely making it feel better in the short run, but I still have a major limp when I walk.
