Decent workout. Ankle was feeling so much better this morning, I was super ready for the workout. After the warmup it was fine just a little twinge, after active it was a bit worse but feeling better. After the first hill I was in an unbelievable amount of pain. Going down hills was worse, going up was okay as long as I didn't push off witht the toe on my right leg. The whole workout I just wanted to quit, and I was making excuses to quit but I pushed through and got a good saturday in, it wasn't as hardcore as other saturdays maybe, but mentally one of the most difficult ever. Cooldown and walking afterwards are very difficult and I have a pretty solid limp right now.

Great wednesday effort. I got in deep real early but I was feeling very flowy and accepting of the pain. I worked real hard to make up for yesterdays loss and ended up losing to dylan again late in the workout. Ankle started to feel sore, iced it a bit in the afternoon, thought it was no big deal.
