Excellent saturday workout. Was having some difficulty getting used to the eliptical and finding the perfect in between zone where my muscles gave up too early, and it being too easy. Increased the effort on the deep water run with intermittent hands above water and for the last 5 minutes i forced myself to hold my hands behind my head.

Another good workout. It was all hard but the warmup and cool down seemed to drag on forever. I enjoyed myself today and smiled through the pain. I am definitely going to miss this hangar, and this team over the summer.

Good tuesday workout. I forced myself to put my hands on head on the intervals in the pool. It was reminiscent of my first pool workouts because I thought I was going to drown. Very difficult and I had my heart going at 180. Drills and other activities were not good, I can't stand on my toes to do preact, lower leg strengthening, or drills.

Great workout for an injury day. I was definitely in all the way by the 5th or 6th set. Colin and I were dying, it was a very hard workout. Ankle is feeling some better, doesn't bother me at all on the eliptical now.

Good workout, the workout went by really fast! 45 min swim seemed like 2. and 60 min elip breezed by with sam to chat with. the ankle got alot worse this morning, I was struggling to get out of bed, and I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do any excersize at all. Thankfully eliptical and swimming was totally fine on it. Still icing and stretching it trying to get better.
