Good eliptical. Pushed myself to want to give up on the 6th and then just pushed my way through the last 4. First time actually running in a while. It doesn't hurt nearly as bad as it did, only a few twinges. It just feels kind of weak and my right foot slaps the ground as i run. I feel like I could do a longer jog tomorrow.

Decent pool workout. Feels so awkward and hard to focus without a team. Shallow end of the pool is really shallow,
