Good workout. Probably one of the best focused in pool workouts. really felt like I got something out of it. Ankle does not like the intervals.

Good session. Ankle is still bothering a bit, getting pretty sick of it, I'm icing and stretching and rolling as much as i can but it seems to not be enough.

Good eliptical. Pushed myself to want to give up on the 6th and then just pushed my way through the last 4. First time actually running in a while. It doesn't hurt nearly as bad as it did, only a few twinges. It just feels kind of weak and my right foot slaps the ground as i run. I feel like I could do a longer jog tomorrow.

Decent pool workout. Feels so awkward and hard to focus without a team. Shallow end of the pool is really shallow,

Good workout. Ankle is feeling some better. still tight but I have some more motion and it doesn't hurt as much.
