Wow that was a tough workout. I really pushed myself to the edge early on. probably about 7 or 8 in I was dying and wanted to end it right there. Ankle feeling better still.

Great pool workout. And awesome run, starting to feel less clunky! ran the trails directly beside the new job, and they are amazing! Went to see the physiotherapist today and he says my one leg is shorter from over compensation in the hips. He worked at it and I guess he fixed it. He says its getting better and I should be ok to race on sunday!!!

30 min run was slow but not terrible. normal eliptical. strong strength, I figure I might as well push myself to increase my strength while I am healilng in the legs.
