X country (RACE!!!) 44:30 [3]

Race at benmiller falls reserve.

Amamzing race! I definitely got everything out of myself and collased at the finish. The course was ridiculously hilly, every uphill and downhill seemed to be bigger than the last. The uphills were too steep to be efficient and the downhills were too steep to recover on. ended up getting third! really happy about that but not so happy with my time. Next week I have entered a more flat course that should show a better representation of my time!

I was thinking of this quote again today

Good pool! I really still suck at swimming I dont know what it is but I always try so hard to improve but I can never breathe right.

Awesome workout. felt super great to do the hills. I was feeling very steady and controlled the whole workout.

Good workout. I think im totally back to normal now. Having fun with these workouts but getting lots of improvement and recovery.

nice workout. especially nice weights, I remember coming out of that in an immense amount of pain.

PreAct with 6 lunges per leg, 1h run + 45min Elip, hip mobility, strength Y plus stretch and roll

Good run and eliptical. Trying to stay on even groundd as much as i can. uneven ground tends to bother the ankle.
