Okay race. I dfefinitely didnt go as fast as I expected I should have. I was trying to calm myself on the start because I find that I exhaust myself too early on. But i ended up going way too easy and slow. I don't like wearing watches during races, but it might be a good idea next time to wear one so I know when to kick it up a gear.

PreAct, Usual 45min Pool Workout + hip mobility, drills, 3 strides, stretch and roll + 40min run and weights

Again, good workout. Great to be in the pool. Not great to be swimming, but awesome at everything else.

1h run steady with 5 random hill surges through in, hip mobility, stretch and roll

Awesome hills. and steady running. my sister tagged along and I challenged her to some hill races on her bike, I won every time. Great workout, must be ggetting alot of hill improvement this week, especially from that race.

So amazing to be in the pool on such a hot day. I just wanted to stay there all day. Good workout, hard effort!

Good monday. The heat and the hills are really killing me but i am doing welll.

Very sore long run from yesterdays race. flowy though!
