Okay race. I dfefinitely didnt go as fast as I expected I should have. I was trying to calm myself on the start because I find that I exhaust myself too early on. But i ended up going way too easy and slow. I don't like wearing watches during races, but it might be a good idea next time to wear one so I know when to kick it up a gear.

Awesome hills. and steady running. my sister tagged along and I challenged her to some hill races on her bike, I won every time. Great workout, must be ggetting alot of hill improvement this week, especially from that race.
