I took this day off. I would have been better if I had done at least a shake out run though, because my legs were feeling antsy later on in the day and my mood was out of whack.

- At the end of practice my legs were really tired. I didn't end up doing another run later in the day. I had a midterm and readings took up the rest of my day.

I haven't been feeling so great lately, lots of school work and just trying to stay on top of it all. But in hindsight it would have been nice to go for at least some to free the brain from the books.

That night I had a really difficult time sleeping. I would wake up throughout the night. This was unusual for me. Usually once I am asleep I can stay asleep.
