I have had tape on my foot all day to help relieve the plantar facia. It was put on yesterday by a physio therapist. It feels like it is helping. I have another appointment tomorrow afternoon.
Iced my foot 3 x today for 20 mins each

45 min elliptical - today I was only breathing through my nose. I kept my mouth closed the whole time. Sometimes it felt like I wasn't getting enough air but then I mentally relaxed and found I could get enough air to keep up the effort.

30 min run - The legs felt better at the end of this run than they did at the beginning. - Heel is sore so I iced it 3 times. - Did this run on the grass around a baseball diamond.
