I have had tape on my foot all day to help relieve the plantar facia. It was put on yesterday by a physio therapist. It feels like it is helping. I have another appointment tomorrow afternoon.

Iced my foot 3 x today for 20 mins each

Preactive

45 min elliptical
- today I was only breathing through my nose. I kept my mouth closed the whole time. Sometimes it felt like I wasn't getting enough air but then I mentally relaxed and found I could get enough air to keep up the effort.

Hip mobility + Stretching + Ice bath

20 min warm up

- this was a grinder. The focus was on getting through the hard part.

20 min cooldown

Hip mobility + push and sit

Stretching + ice bath

Preactive

45 min deep water run
- last 7 mins with hands out of the water. Focus on keeping legs under me and hands back..

Right onto the elliptical

Elliptical (Part 2 Tuesday WO) 30:00 [3] 6.67 km (4:30 / km)

30 min elliptical
- legs were sluggish.

Stretching + ice bath

Monday May 7, 2018 #

Preactive + Glute activation

1 hr Elliptical
- The first 15 mins were warm up
- Middle 30 were hard
- Last 15 were cool down
- Heel is feeling better today than yesterday. I've been icing it lots.
- Right into deepwater run

30 min Deepwater run
- The legs were feeling slow.
Hip mobility + Push and Sit

Stretching and Rolling + Ice bath when I got home

Preactive + Lunges

30 min run
- The legs felt better at the end of this run than they did at the beginning.
- Heel is sore so I iced it 3 times.
- Did this run on the grass around a baseball diamond.

Right onto the Elliptical

- I was at 100 SPM not going to record my HR because it is inaccurate on these machines.
