- Pre act, roll, 15 min WU, 2 x LU tempo loop (w/ rest around the field house), active WU, 3 accelerations, 3 brazilians (100 m), 15 min CD, PSSR. - I felt pretty bad on the tempo, I fell behind right away, but I was stronger on the brazilians.
- Pre act, lower leg strengthening exercises, pool workout, hip mob, drills, strides, med ball strength, soccer game, SR. - Pool workout: 6 min swim, ABCs, 3 x 5 x 40s, deep water run. - I got in deep early on the pool intervals.
- Pre act, roll and glute activation, 15 min WU, 20 min tempo, 3 x 2 min intervals with 1 min rest, 18 min CD. - I wasn't able to hold on during the tempo, but stayed a consistent distance behind Louis. On the intervals I went out strong and then fell behind. - My legs felt pretty worn down.
