Long Run 1:20:00 [3] 17.78 km (4:30 / km)

- Pre act, 5 lunges, long run, 30 drills, strength Y, hip mob, stretch and roll.
- Conditions were a bit slippery and the pace felt a bit hard for a long run, but over all it was a good workout.

Thursday Dec 7, 2017 #

- Pre act, lower leg strengthening exercises, 20 min barefoot run, 15 min elliptical, 15 min bike, hip mob, drills, strength Y, stretch.
- Wasn't feeling top notch.

Wednesday Dec 6, 2017 #

Intensity 1:30:00 [3] 20.0 km (4:30 / km)

- Pre act, roll, 15 min WU, 2 x LU tempo loop (w/ rest around the field house), active WU, 3 accelerations, 3 brazilians (100 m), 15 min CD, PSSR.
- I felt pretty bad on the tempo, I fell behind right away, but I was stronger on the brazilians.

Tuesday Dec 5, 2017 #

Pool workout 2:00:00 [3]

- Pre act, lower leg strengthening exercises, pool workout, hip mob, drills, strides, med ball strength, soccer game, SR.
- Pool workout: 6 min swim, ABCs, 3 x 5 x 40s, deep water run.
- I got in deep early on the pool intervals.

Off-day workout 50:00 [3]

- 30 min elliptical, 20 min barefoot run.

Monday Dec 4, 2017 #

Intensity 1:00:00 [3] 13.33 km (4:30 / km)

- Pre act, roll and glute activation, 15 min WU, 20 min tempo, 3 x 2 min intervals with 1 min rest, 18 min CD.
- I wasn't able to hold on during the tempo, but stayed a consistent distance behind Louis. On the intervals I went out strong and then fell behind.
- My legs felt pretty worn down.

Sunday Dec 3, 2017 #

- Pre act, 80 min run, hip mob, strength Y, stretch.
- Conditions were icy and made the run really difficult.
- There was a good amount of struggle.
