My arms were really weak, I had a lot of trouble even with lighter weight than usual.

The race went okay, I thought I went a little too easy for the first half and didn't get enough out on the second half. I felt like I couldn't have picked up my pace much but I could have maintained it for longer. So I should have started pushing harder from earlier on.
