C&O trail plus 3 hills Loudon, Weverton, Maryland Heights. Great birthday run and finished with half of a large pizza and beer. 5:11 total time, 4:40 moving time.

50 minutes easy + 4 strides. ran with Andrew. Not fully recovered from 8 hr race on Sunday. Stomach pain needed to go to the bathroom. Bad stomach time for me.
