Pre-act, 5 lunges, 75 min run, 20 hoh drills, hip mobility, basic strength, stretch, roll, ice.

Tough long run today. Pushed the pace a little whenever I recognized I was uncomfortable and starting to suffer, which helped me stay strong throughout.
