Pre-act, 15 up, full active, hip mobility, stretch, roll, ice.

Good shakeout this morning with D-man, calf is feeling good, still going hard on the recovery for it so I'm good for tomorrow.

Nice post car ride shakeout run. Got in some good stretching and iced to get the stiffness out of the legs. Very excited for tomorrow.
