Pre-act, 15 up, active type stuff, ~6.4k race (23:30), 16 down, hip mobility, stretch, roll, ice.
Pretty happy with the race. Didn't feel too good going into it but knew I wasn't supposed to. Went hard on the first loop and did some grinding, had some doubts and gave in to a few but stayed strong for the majority. Still could always use some work on running well when I'm tired. I'm liking where my fitness has come since I was sick.
