Pre-act, 15 up, active to drills, 10 x triangle loop (first 3 were 3:00 ish, then the rest were about 2:50, last one was 2:40), cool down to 12 miles, hip mobility, stretch, roll.
Good stuff. Stayed in a good group for the first few. As we got to 6 and 7, wasn't sure how many I was gonna do but made a good call to tough it out to 10. Had Connor to chase on the last one, competed and really got to the limit.
