Pre-activation, 4 of each lunge per leg, duck duck goose, 75 minute run, 20 of each hoh drills, hip mobility, strength y, stretch and roll.
Today felt really tough, but I got alot out of it. I struggled to stay with Derek in the middle portion of the run, but I really wanted to because I knew it would make me better, so i did. It was a fun one today even though I slipped and fell twice before the halfway mark. Remembered to make the first step out of the run a hoh drill so I ended up doing my drills just before the train tracks, they could have been snappier but I think I got alot out of them because I was tired and they were good. Overall, I struggled today and got better!
