Preactivation, full active warm-up, 3k (9:13), most of active warm-up, 1k (2:44), 10 cooldown, stretch, roll, ice.

Very solid start to my indoor season today. The 3k wasn't as fast as I had hoped but I think my effort was there and I raced well. I think I should have rolled it down more earlier on. The 1k was ok, I felt pretty beat up going in but I just wanted to stay focused and empty the tank. The 3rd and 4th laps were questionable in relation to my focus but I managed to empty the tank by the end. Overall I think today was a good place to start for my indoor season.

Easy run this afternoon was good. Feeling really tired but I should be somewhat rested up for Saturday.

Running (Crossfit) 50:00 [2] 10.0 km (5:00 / km)

Preactivation, lower leg strengthening, 20 run, 15 eliptical, 15 bike, hip mobility, drills, strides, speed ladder, stride, med ball, band exercises, stretch and roll.

Felt pretty tough on the running to start today, quite a few aches and pains that I worked out as we went along. I think I got alot out of the eliptical and bike today. I also struggled alot on med ball which is good.

Pre-activation, 5 of each lunge per leg, 90 minute run, hoh drills, hip mobility, strength Y, stretch, roll.

Good run today with the guys. It felt super tough today which is good. Had to really focus in on staying with the other guys. Fell off a bit right towards the end.
