Pre-act, 15 warm-up, full active, 1k race, 15 cool-down, good stretching and rolling.

Feeling good about this race, got boxed out a few times, tried to stay with the guys that made their move on lap 3 and 4, nearly had the win, needed to keep closer to the leaders in the middle, ran a 2:37.10, I think I raced well and got everything out, definitely a step forward from previous races.

Pre-act, 15 warm up, full active, 1500m race, 20 cool down, hip mobility, stretch, roll, calf stretching on board.

Not such a good race. Felt like I was in deep around lap 2-3, mentally that didn't go so well, the leaders got away from me no matter how hard I was working. Didn't feel very focused on what I was doing. Still feel as though I built some fitness in this race, need to focus on the positives, learn from this one, and move on.

Pre-act, 6 of each lunge per leg, 90 min run, 30 hoh drills, hip mobility, strength y, stretch, roll.

Solid run today with D-man. Feeling pretty beat-up from yesterday, but didn't want to use it as an excuse to run too slow. A lot of stretching and icing today, looking forward to crushing it tomorrow.
