Not such a good race. Felt like I was in deep around lap 2-3, mentally that didn't go so well, the leaders got away from me no matter how hard I was working. Didn't feel very focused on what I was doing. Still feel as though I built some fitness in this race, need to focus on the positives, learn from this one, and move on.
