Awesome workout today, stayed strong through the sets of Brazilians, felt focused through the 1k even though I was breakin down a bit through the last lap, but I used the techniques we've been talking about the last couple of weeks, plus ive been doing the mindful breathing since we talked about it a few Saturdays ago.
