Running 1:15:00 [3] 16.67 km (4:30 / km)

Pre-act, glute activation, warm up to Italian Hall, active warm up minus last 4 strides, 3 x 6,5,5 hills 2 minutes between sets, cooldown back to hangar, hip mobility, hurdle mobility, sit and push, stretch, roll, ice.

Great workout today. Got rolling in a group with the other guys. Felt pretty conservative on the first two sets but increased the effort on every set. On the last set I noticed I was dropping off a bit so I rolled the downhill to get on Derek's shoulder. Ended up going by and staying ahead since I only had 5 on the last 2 sets. Kept Ofsaa on my mind through the hard parts. Had a few calm conversations to basically tell myself "I have less hills, I can do this". Finished on a hard Wednesday effort.

Some good stretching and rolling today, hip flexors and quads feeling pretty tight so I targeted them a bit.

Got really into it and rolled it a bit today even though I was feeling pretty tired.

Pre-act, lower leg strength, 20 run, 15 elliptical, 15 bike, hip mobility, drills, strides, speed ladder, stride, weights, stretch, roll, ice.

Good workout today, elliptical was especially good today, got in a good effort and maintained it through to the bike as well, even pushed it on the bike. Turnovers on the strides were nice and quick.

Pre-act, glute activation, 15 warm up, tempo loop (8:12), active warm up, 3 x Brazilians, 2 min recoveries, 1k (2:58), 15 min cool down, hip mobility, hurdle mobility, sit and push, stretch, roll, ice.

Awesome workout today, stayed strong through the sets of Brazilians, felt focused through the 1k even though I was breakin down a bit through the last lap, but I used the techniques we've been talking about the last couple of weeks, plus ive been doing the mindful breathing since we talked about it a few Saturdays ago.

Pre-act, intense spike ball, 6 min swim, drills, pool workout ( 2 x 90s down 15's to 15s, 30s recoveries), deep water run to 45 min, hip mobility, drills, strides, speed ladder, stride, hurdle mobility, stretch, roll, ice.

Drills were very good this morning. Second set of C's could have been better. Pool workout was super good, felt very focused through the second set and get in a few smiles. (on field) drills next week could use some more focus.

Good run today at my school's track practice. Took it pretty easy to run with one of my school friends who came along.
