Pre-act, 15 up, full active, 1500 @ ~3k (4:15), 4 min rest, 3, 2, 1, (:39.0, 26.5, 14.1) 1 min after the 3, 30s after the 2, 20 down, hip mobility, stretch, roll, ice.

Pretty good workout today. The 1500 was pretty good but miscounted the laps and didn't quite get to where I wanted to effort-wise on it. The 3-2-1 was much better, just went for it on the 300 and just had to grind out the 2 and the 1. Pushed, stayed tough, and competed a bit today so I'm happy.

Good stuff today. Feelin' pretty sore, but still pushed the cross training a bit. Strides felt fast.

Pre-act, 15 up, full active, 5 x 600m @ ~3k pace (1:41,41,39,42,39) on 90s rest, 3 min recovery, 8 x 100m (13's) on 30s rest, 15 down, hip mobility, stretch, roll.

Pretty great workout today. Was hurtin' after 2 but just went with it. 100's felt quick but were easy to take on at a time.

Tuesday Feb 12 #

Pre-act 6 min swim, drills, 4 x 60,45,30,15, DWR to 45, hip mobility, drills, 2-1-1 strides, med-ball, stretch, roll.

Pretty meh workout. Got competitive on the swim, but my leg was bothering me for most of the other stuff. Strides were ok too.

This was really good. My leg is still pretty tight, but it's much better to walk on. Lots of stretching it out to be ready to rock and roll tomorrow.

I was looking forward to crushing myself this morning but also feeling like I need the extra recovery. Still, pretty sore this morning, got in a good stretch and roll after.

Really upped the weight today as the reps were lower. Got in a good effort on all the push-ups.

Pretty tough run today but got through it. Nice run around Jamaica Pond in Boston.
