Pre-act, 1 Gratton length warm up, hard back to Oliver (16:07), 3 x 100m strides w 45s recovery, 15 down, hip mobility, sit and push, stretch, roll, ice.
Meh today, didn't feel too hot on warm up. Worked into it with D-man and T-pain. Goal today was to stay on and compete. Every time I wasn't sure if I could stay on I just went for the pass on D-man. T-pain flew by us just before the downhill and my initial thought was "Derek will get him" which isn't ideal. Still worked super hard to catch them after the hill. Didn't know who was behind me on the last stretch but I had to empty the tank so they didn't catch me.
