Saturday Mar 30 #

Running 55:00 [3] 12.22 km (4:30 / km)

Pre-act, warm up to john street, tempo from john to end of gratton, jog back to john, all out to oliver road (10:06), 15 down, hip mobility, sit and push, stretch, roll, ice.

Real good stuff today, worked with T-pain on some tough tempo and pushed it right to the end of gratton. Worked into the hard part a bit too much, Stopes got us into gear, T-pain took off and I went with it. Killed the hill this week and just kept pushing to the end. Solid effort but there's still some more there.

Thursday Mar 28 #

Pre-act, 30 run, hip mobility, drills practice, 4 (75,75,85,95) strides, weights, stretch, roll, ice.

Run went quick today, felt good. Drills went well, I'm likin' the new drill. Strides have been feeling weird but a lot faster than normal. Great weights.

Solo 45, went later than normal and enjoyed it.

Wednesday Mar 27 #

Pre-act, bellrose + bike path loop @ steady, hip mobility, strength X, stretch, roll.

Had some fun today, rolled a bit and felt good on the loop this morning. Got back and did some quality strength X with the guys.

Tuesday Mar 26 #

Pool Workout 50:00 [3] 5.0 km (10:00 / km)

Pre-act, 6 min swim, drills, 2:15 down :15 to 15, DWR to 45, hip mobility, drills, strides, partner med ball, stretch, roll.

Good drills today. HR wasn't as high as it has been but everything else was good

Running 45:00 [3] 10.0 km (4:30 / km)

Easy solo run, hamstrings were pretty tight

Monday Mar 25 #

Running 54:00 [3] 12.0 km (4:30 / km)

Pre-act, 15 up, 5 x 4min @ tempo + 1 min easy, 15 down, hip mobility, weights, stretch, roll.

Pretty aight stuff today. Definitely one of those "just get through it" kinda days, fell off on the first one but caught myself and ran some really good tempo on the last 3. Finally figured out tempo today, though it sucks I didn't help out Derek or T-pain. Really good weights after.

Sunday Mar 24 #

Pre-act, 5 lunges, 90 run, 30 hoh drills, hip mobility, med ball, stretch, roll, ice.

Felt good on the first 20, the rest was nice and tough. Did not enjoy the trails but just went with it. Had some fun today and got in a real good med ball.
