Wednesday Apr 3, 2019 #

Running 55:53 [3] 13.86 km (4:02 / km)

Pre-act, bellrose + bike path loop (a smidge faster than last week), hip mobility, strength X, stretch, roll.

Solid one this morning. Did some grinding more most of it but felt pretty sick when we got onto golf links so we rolled it a bit, felt flowy. Good strength X with the guys afterwards.

Tuesday Apr 2, 2019 #

Pool Workout 45:00 [3] 4.5 km (10:00 / km)

Pre-act, 6 min swim, drills, WO #3, DWR to 45, hip mobility, drills, 5 strides (75,75,85,85,95), partner med ball, stretch, roll.

Decent stuff this morning. Competed on the swim, and got in some good drills. The pool workout was pretty average tho. Got in some good deep water running.

Pre-act, 45 elliptical, hip mobility, stretch, roll, ice.

On the elliptical today to make sure I'm good to go for tomorrow. Went pretty quick.

Monday Apr 1, 2019 #

Cross Training 37:00 [3] 3.7 km (10:00 / km)

Pre-act, 15 up, 3 x 8min @ tempo w 2min recoveries, 15 down, hip mobility, stretch, roll.

Good stuff today. Ankle was feeling better this morning so I was just gonna ignore it. Hurt pretty good on pre-act though. Ran warm-up and the first set with T-pain and it was good quality but I was getting more pain in my foot and shin so I ran in and finished up on the elliptical. Really good effort.

Tried out some barefoot running before weights, still hurts. Good weights, stretch, roll, and ice after.

Sunday Mar 31, 2019 #

Running 30:00 [3] 6.67 km (4:30 / km)

Pre-act, 30 run, 60 elliptical, hip mobility, med ball, stretch, roll, ice.

Ran for 30 but my ankle was bugging me so I went in and did 60 elliptical with Connor. Solid med ball afterwards. Lots of stretch, roll, and ice for the ankle today.
