Felt like a longer one today. Got out to Gratton and crushed it w D-man. Was pretty tired after, but content.

Pre-act, 30 run, hip mobility, drills, strides, partner med ball, stretch, roll.

Put in some good work this morning. Still have work to do on the K drill, gotta think about and apply each step as I go through it. Good strength; getting closer to hitting the ceiling.

Pre-act, easy loop, medium loop, easy loop (figure 8s) in 19:55, 14:19, and ~20, sit and push, stretch.

Good to get the legs rolling to practice form stuff and to get into the hurt locker a bit. Went out pretty conservative because the first loop felt pretty hard. Figured I'd take the opportunity to work hard and picked it up when I got to the middle path. Broke it down to little checkpoints and just got to each one. It felt surprisingly hard, but saw this as motivation for this summer. Verging on a Wednesday effort but kept it continuous.

Pre-act, 6 min swim (3:04), drills, the classic, ~12 DWR, hip mobility, drills, strides, partner med ball, stretch, roll.

Got crushed on the swim but it was much better than last week lol. Got alot out of drills and felt focused on the workout, just need to push more in the beginning towards the middle. Awesome post stuff.

Fun one with D-man and Dilbert. Grinding in the middle but felt pretty good by the last 15. Beginning to feel fit again.

Challenging one today. Good to be back with some of the guys as a group. Did some grinding in the middle and came out stronger.
