Ran from LU with D-man and Jordo. Felt really good today. Rolled it down as we went and worked on staying relaxed. Solo on the last 10 so it was tough, but did some grinding and enjoyed it. Got better.

Pre-act, 6 min swim (2:55), drills, 2:15 down :15 by :15, DWR to 45, hip mobility, drills, strides, individual med ball, stretch, roll, ice.

Awesome swim this morning. Went out and competed with Paige for the whole thing, last stretch I just had to win but she had me by a hair. Great effort on the drills. Workout was pretty standard but felt like my form was better than it has been. Great med ball, felt hard.

Bit short today to recover a bit more. Solo on this one but put the work in.

Felt good to roll a bit, but got pretty tough on the last 30, definitely got better from it. Some shin pain but I'm on top of it.
