Pre-act, 2 x (O loop, right half of figure 8 loop), + one more O loop (15:22, 7:55, 12:55, 7:51, ?), hip mobility, pull-ups + core, stretch, roll, ice (at home).

Good stuff this morning. Got after it on the first half figure 8 loop and rolled down the middle O loop. On the second half figure 8 loop I rolled it down and imagined myself at OUA's dropping guys then getting caught and battling it out. Got to a pretty good effort. Really good strength after too.

Pre-act, 30 run, 60 elliptical, hip mobility, weights, stretch, roll.

Ran with D-man in the morning but the ankle was getting worse as we went so I hopped on the elliptical. Great weights afterwards, lovin' the pull-ups, gonna try and do them more than once a week.

Ankle was pretty sore but got out for 30, stretched, rolled, massaged, and iced a bunch.

Pre-act, 15 up, active type stuff, ~6.4k race (23:30), 16 down, hip mobility, stretch, roll, ice.

Pretty happy with the race. Didn't feel too good going into it but knew I wasn't supposed to. Went hard on the first loop and did some grinding, had some doubts and gave in to a few but stayed strong for the majority. Still could always use some work on running well when I'm tired. I'm liking where my fitness has come since I was sick.

Monday Jul 22 #

Pre-act, 15 up, 5 x 3 x 1hard/1easy, 2 easy between sets, 15 down, hip mobility, weights, stretch, roll.

Ok workout. Felt like the effort wasn't quite there which was weird, much better on the weights though, felt like I got alot out of only the one set.
